Over the moon

After my dissatisfaction, I got a response from a gentleman(forgot his name) from the AppleGuy called me to assistance with me grievances. Firstly ,he explained there was a backlog since they are currently running a sale and how difficult it has been to give online customer feedback.He even offered to have my phone delivered to me the following day(yesterday) when I had opted for the pick up option, mind you, Im in a different city. The following day(yesterday) I recieved a call from Asma from the AppleGuy, a sweetheart, and she followed up on the delivery and its progress, alongside keeping me informed and making the necessary arrangements for the phone to arrive to me as promised. And as they both promised the phone arrived, sealed and boxed perfectly. After it was delivered he call to make sure I got it and I was happy with with phone.

I am so grateful for the assistance of these two workers, alongside the delivery guy. I am grateful for going the extra mile to secure a happy customer and providing great customer service. The phone? I am obsessed! Its in perfect condition and I am enjoying it more than I expected. I will definitely be recommended them and will surely use them again in future.
