No Delivery or Feedback After Payment

placed an order for an iPhone 8 Silver with The Apple Guy ZA on 27 June and paid via Ozow Instant EFT. I received one automated message about delays, but since then there has been no tracking number, no dispatch confirmation, and no response to multiple emails or messages.

This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional, and I am now considering legal steps for non-delivery under the Consumer Protection Act.

I do not recommend ordering from this business unless they resolve this issue urgently.
