****my and bad service

I saw their ads on Instagram and wanted to buy a phone so I checked their site out. But since the site is not well-known I decided to make sure that it was a legit company first. I sent them an enquiry on their site form and an Instagram DM, EVERYTHING was ignored. I even DMed them saying that I sent an enquiry and haven't heard anything back and that was ignored too. I never heard back from them. This 100% tells me that this is a **** or at least a poorly run business with no customer support. How can I put R15k+ into a random website and hope that my item gets delivered when they don't even respond to emails.
