I bought a pre-used Iphone XR online in April after 2 weeks it went blank, then I called AppleguyZa but no one answered and the following day it went back on but after a week same thing happened and unfortunately it is still like that now. I tried to call the lady that answered gave a number of a technician Rose +***6. I called Rose but she didn’t answer then i decided to call customer service again they said I must send a whatsapp but until today no one has responded and I’m sitting here with a blank phone, gone is my R4349 just like that.
