i bought the Iphone 11 from apply guy, received the device 07th November, since then been trying to contact them for replacement, the battery of the device is permanently on 1% , i would like to return this device, getting no feedback. what can i do about
Pathetic communication from Apple Guy- both online store and Cape Town branch.
