HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They never answer their phones or respond to mails. The courier guy went to go pick up my parcel only to find out it was not ready (twice) The order was cancelled and no one gave me feedback as to what would happen. The phone has already been paid for but I know NOTHING about my parcel. They have 10 thousand numbers but I cannot even reach them on 1!! Sent multiple emails with no response!! Sent multiple WhatsApp messages no response!!

Horrible customer service!!!!
