frustrated to the core

I am so disgusted and appalled with the service of this place,I placed an order on the 24th of October till today no feedback no communication as to when will my delivery arrive.what they promise on their website is misleading if you want to avoid frustration keep away from this place.poorest service ever!!!!!!by the way still awaiting delivery
