Don’t buy from them

I bought a iPhone 12 from them and it had issues when I tried reaching out last year they never answered and now they I tried reaching out again they told me that I must pay money so they can fix it and they won’t give me my money back keep in mind that they don’t use IPhone batteries because my phone had a battery issue
