Disappointing Experience with Apple Guy

Ordered an iPhone 11 from Apple Guy on July 2nd with a delivery window of 3-5 days. However, I tracked my order today and found it was canceled on July 8th without any notification. As a first-time customer, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and poor service. Wouldn't recommend online orders from Apple Guy to anyone. Very frustrating experience.
