Disappointed On Apple Guys ZA Service

I recently bought an Iphone from Apply Guy on the 10th of November and I was told that my phone will be ready for collection on Friday 14th and upon my arrival I was told that stock would arrive on Saturday the 15th and I should arrive Monday the 17th, I just left the store and Im being sent from pillar to post saying that my phone will probably arrive on the 19th Wednesday and of which they are not Sure of that. Apple Guy is really not doing justice on its clients. Please reconsider your decision on purchasing your device from them. Im very disappointed.
