CPO IPHONE DIED IN 3MONTHS

I bought an iPhone 14 in November 2025 CPO and had to wait for almost 2weeks for delivery. Now the phone is not working since Sunday and it wanted updates but doesn't accept any update. I logged a call yesterday by sending email no response. Sent WhatsApp and no response and we paid R9000 for this phone to work only less than 4months.

I need urgent response as my daughter is using the phone for school work.

This is so disappointing
