Bad service

i bought a iphone XR with these guys and they send me a colour I didn't request, after 5 days had problem with a battery tried to contact them they directed from one person to another , they will be replacing the battery and request me to pay for the battery, they sent the same phone back with an unverified **** faulty battery charges that keeps on saying battery is not recognized by iphone i spent so much money that could amount to a new Android phone. Totally unprofessional the way they run their business.
