Bad customer service and ****mers

They sold me an Iphone 12 that failed with network problems. They took the phone to fix and promised to send a replacement. Even now they haven't sent the replacement They take time to respond whatsapp and calls. Busy send stickers for courier guy no parcel has been sent out.
