I bought an IPhone 7 cash, they delivered a faulty phone. I reported the matter immediately, they ayer issued me with the same phone that was just changed a cover from white to gold, because the glue was still wet /fresh at the time of delivery of this second cellphone, and it was returned with a charger but they delivered without a charger. I reported the matter again, then they issued me with the cables. I charged the phone, it was still not charging, it only charged up to 40%and it stopped again. I sent them a message that the phone is not charging even with the charger they sent me.

Apple guy arranged courier to collect the phone, today 25 May 2023 they sent me a whats up text saying the phone was dipped in water so they won't replace nor refund me. Am very dissapointed with the manner they ****ming people. Compay is dealing under Pay JUST NOW and because of that I thought it's legit.
