Appleguy disappointed me very bad.

Goodday Appleguy is a **** I bought a iPhone 12 64gb for my son it had scratches at the bag and the right corner and it seems like it fallen not one's but twice and it was for my sons 21st birthday it didn't even last for 6 months the screen was black I tried to talk to appleguy technician but they told me my son was the one who broke the phone, how can I return it when it is our problem I do have a sumsang which fallen many times and still have it now but the Appleguy iPhone is just a ****. On the 11 they send me a courier copy that they are sending a phone after 10 minutes they said I have cancelled the courier how can I cancel my son's iPhone while he is waiting for it and he do make home work with it then when I ask them they said they will replace it so now today on the 14 april they called again and said again my son damaged the phone their supplier will not replace it, how so cause it was all along like that that's why I have returned it but it's fine they teach us not to buy online again, imagine R8900 just through it to the dusbin of Appleguy I could have just went to buy at my nearest pep store so because I trusted them I bought a phone to them, I'm so dissapointed.
