Appalling Service and Faulty Device - A Customer Experience Gone Wrong

I honestly did not expect the underwhelming and outright appalling service I had received. From their incompetence when it comes to simple communication to receiving a faulty device, it still boggles my mind how they run their business.

Firstly, they kept lying about the delivery date - I received the device way later than the stipulated date. Secondly, the phone screen was coming off. When I reached out to them, they tried gaslighting me into believing they sent this phone in good condition. I had to fight for a refund because they had also started giving me such horrible attitude. I can only hope their service improves. Otherwise, I would not advise anyone to buy from them. For peace of mind, go to other companies.
