Really Poor Customer Service

Really poor service from the branch in Cavendish, Cape Town. dropped my phone off on Monday the 23rd and then came to collect it on the 24th as I needed my phone before Christmas. They told me nothing had been done and no one could get a hold of the technician as to why nothing was done. After about 30 mins of being in the store they tell me the back of the phone was also broken and thats why nothing was done. No communication over those 2 days. I then get told they will call me on the 26th to discuss. The Technician then calls call me on the 26th with a really bad attitude trying to justify what happened. I then politely express my dissatisfaction with how they handled the situation and the technician first puts down the phone mid conversation and then tells me to "rather come fetch your phone now because the way I feel I don't want to fix your phone. You can come make a scene here its ok" I ask them if this is the way they deal with customers and the technician then changes his tune and says ok he will fix it. I am really disgusted at how they treat their customers.
