Poor and unsatisfactory service of The Apple Doctor, iPhone Repair Shop

I sent my Iphone 5 in for a battery replacement to The Apple Doctor the end of February 2018, the phone then was returned back with a new battery however a few days later I noticed a light leak on the right hand side on my screen. On this discovery, the Apple Doctor was contacted querying the method of battery replacement as well as to make reference to the leak where I was advised that all battery replacements are done by removing the screen and therefore concluded that my screen was out of adjustment. Apple Doctor requested I return the phone for further inspection which was done the end of March 2018. My phone was booked in a week already with no feedback, update or notification on the progress, it is then that the shop was contacted to be told that the phone was booked in for a screen replacement which was not the case and neither did they sort necessary authorization for such repair as I didn't give rightful consent. Another week passed and the phone was returned appearing to be fixed accordingly. The next day the leak was still there however a great deal smaller and the display module on the right hand side corner was lifted or apart from the metal rim of the phone. Again the Apple Doctor was contacted as I was not satisfied with the service provided to me. Due to timing issues and my need not to be without a phone, I was unable to return the phone to the store and since then the peel of the display module from the rim has worsened as only the bottom of the phone is intact while the top to completely loose.
