Never bringing my business or suggesting someone else brings theirs to the Apple doctor ever again.

“I took my iPhone X that wouldn't charge to the Apple doctor in Walmer Park Shopping centre. They opened my phone and couldn't fix it and did not know what was wrong with it, then I took it to the iStore to have them check it out and they would not touch my phone and acted as if it was covered in some kind of toxic radio-active substance that would **** them after hearing I took it to the Apple Doctor first. Apparently, you cannot be helped by the iStore if your device has been opened by the Apple doctor. Crazy right? They carry the name of the brand on their back yet the iStore refuses to have anything to do with them. There goes a R17k device, down the drain. I am sick to my stomach that this franchise does not warn you of that before taking the device apart! These people are very happy and quick to open up your device but when they cannot do anything about the problem you have they chuck the phone back at you and ultimately you have nowhere else to go and you're *****ED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. “ This is a comment I left on one of Apple Doctors posts on Facebook. Thereafter an online consultant contacts me and suggests I provide them with contact details so that head office can contact me. Up until now there has been ZERO contact from their side. These people are horrible to do business with. PLEASE if you have any apple products, go directly to your nearest iStore. The Apple doctor is a sham.
