Laptop returned...without *****s!

<p>In late June 2017 I took my MacBook Pro to the Apple Centre in Randparkridge for an upgrade to the hard drive and repair of a memory unit. I took a week but the service was fine and so was the repair... Except that while working I noticed that they had not put in the 10 *****s of varying sizes, that hold the case together - the bottom falls off the computer. I contacted the Apple Centre on my return in July and they promised to send the *****s to me in Pretoria. Several messages and a couple of weeks later I received a phone call and another promise to courier the *****s to me...It's now late September; no courier, no *****s.</p>
