Bad food and service

About three weeks ago I ordered a beef wrap. When I got home to eat it. I opened the packet to find a wrap with beef stew in it. The sauce and oil was drenched into the wrap. No lettuce tomato or what you would normally find in a wrap. It was terrible. I phoned the manager (Shaun) who told me that is how the franchise make them. I phoned the branch in Edenvale the manager there said that is not true. Last week I went there to order a box of chips and spoke to the other manager (Dave). He told me if you come after 5pm the lady that works in the kitchen and makes wraps will still be there. Then you can order a wrap. I told him that is crazy. Went there this week and now the waitresses are not serving me. They walk straight passed my car and ignore me.
