No food just oodles of bad attitude

Arrived here today. First got ignored by all the staff Eventually a waitresss half heartedly decided to stroll across to help There no t bone nor burgers available, this in a steakhouse!!! Asked for the manager but nobody arrived I then had to phone the restaurant to get the manager to see me He arrived with a huge load of attitude and pretty much did nothing Was told to wait while he would see if he could organize mince!!!?? What a complete joke I've been coming to this restaurant for years but this is the last. The manager spent rest of the time chatting to the women at the till. Pathetic service of enormous proportions
