Don't even bother!!

When I phoned to try and book my accommodation, the Owner actually told me who gave me the right to phone her as "it is against the Law"!! She told me not to phone her ever again!! If she talks to me as guest who actually wants to stay there, how would she treat her guests then staying there? Shocking and scary!! I hope that the Tourism Grading Council actually read this!!
