Your life depends on them , their expertise, professionalism and devotion. IF there is the tiniest snag , they find it and fix it. Owner Gauillome ( a genius in his trade) always helps and attends to everything immediately , no mater what time of the day, and his Chief Engineer , Robert, yesterday gave me a mouthful, as he pointed out something insignificant to me which they will rectify on my R44, and i told him.. ahhhh what , don't worry about that, its just a cosmetic thing - and he snapped : "Dear Mike, There is only ONE WAY my friend and its the right way, period !" Thinking of that afterwards i must admit, he was right and i was an Idiot. well done Guys , i feel safe in your hands
