No work done, no deposit returned R31000

We paid this company R31000 deposit to install aluminium windows. They didn't come out to do windows and i tried to phone but they dint pick up and no replies from them. The times they did reply on a mail they would give us a date they would install the windows but never came out to do so. Eventually i had to cancel after waiting almost 3 months and they said they would return our deposit money on an email. The problem now is we cant find them anywhere, they moved their company and no money has been returned. I went so far to see a lawyer but still no reply from Ashton isaacs and Graig. They gone with all our money R31000. So please be warned people they are *****s
