Help me please

So basically Anele referred me to Mr booi from whom I bought a mobile fridge from (the Alchemist office projects)

I bought fridge in march and fridge was delivered in April as agreed

But i picked up the fridge personally from the courier (Claude express courier) in kuilsriver and apon collecting the fridge it did not work and the courier guy was Aware of this

I notified Mr Booi and he promised to send technician from joburg

The courier came from mr booi but he refused to pay the technician because they were too expensive

So i ended up paying the technician R4000 to fix the fridge because i needed the fridge for personal reasons hence i bought it in the first place which also only worked for two days after the technician fixed it

After this I got fed up and informed Mr booi to fetch the fridge and want your money back but instead he want to buy the fridge back for less than what I bought it for

So I refused because I want my money back as the fridge has never worked in total i paid him R53750

Please help me get my money back please
