Not to sound ****** to my own kind but I find service in the black community in the healthcare system is beyond repulsive and unprofessional

Terrible experience ever in my life . The staff has no training on how to treat patients and is very rude and repulsive. No sense of professionalism non so ever ... I’ve had to turn back home after I scheduled my appointment time for today ...brought all the necessary documentation and still left without getting any service... I’m thoroughly disappointed in that Shem of an establishment.... I think that staff really needs a whole lot of training to begin with ... I’m gonna make sure that clinic closes down!!!!
