Excuse after Excuse

This company cancelled our weekend trip with them 1 hour before we were to start the weekend with them. THREE TIMES!! <br> <br> At this point I no longer want to use their service and just want my money back. The weather is very different from March to June. I don't want to be on a river in the cold.<br> <br> Now that I have accepted I will not get my full refund back (I should) and will accept the lower amount they are offering (just so im not left with nothing) They are not replying to emails and their phones are always off!!<br> <br> I am beyond frustrated!
