Dumb delivery people

The unschooled, uneducated cheap labor the Advertiser uses to deliver there useless paper puts the thing next to a perfect mailbox with a big slots specially made for newspapers out of the wind and rain. They put it in the wall next to the mailbox where the wind blows it out and the rain gets to it. I mean how stupid can you be?
