Don't trust The Active

I first received a message saying that my order was cancelled and then an email stating that they received my order. After that I had no communcation from them. I tried calling their number and it said it didn't exist. I also sent multiple emails and no one responded. Eventually Thabang contacted me and said my order was on the way, I asked for a tracking number and he just said he will get in contact with the depot. This went on for a over week and he then came with the excuse that they have a backlog after saying my order was out for delivery. I then said I want a refund and it's been 5 days since they said they issued a refund and I still haven't gotten my refund. Please do not trust this online store.
