Patiectic unprofessional behavior and services

I have app**** at the academy of aviation to complete a flight attendant course. An agreement was made by us in a form of an affidavit stating monthly payments would be made for the duration of the course. However after attending the course for 2 days only I was very unhappy with the accommodation as there is not much security measures taken and there was no hot water to shower in the cold mornings. I also requested to change the accommodation and to rather travel to and from the premises each day which by refused by their manager. I decided to withdrew from the course after attending only 2 classes where not much was done because we had to wait for other students who were delayed and that is also very unprofessional because I was told to not be late or delay the program. After advisimg the academy of my withdrawal from the course I then requested that they return the deposit and Registration fee which I had paid because I am no longer there. Advised that to take a percentage for cancellation and 2 days accommodation but they refuse to respond and pay back my money. No contract was signed stating that no refunds would be made and I have contacted them since the beginning of this month but they refuse to respond I also reportdd them to the Caa. They are patiectic and I would not advise anyone seeking a career in aviation to use their services. I am very disappointed in their approach to this matter. Very very upset.
