Horrible Experience

Such lovely rooms they have, but their food is not edible, your staff could do with a bit of people s****s. And management should stop putting staff under pressure by asking them to police customers on how much they dish and putting restrictions on food. Never had such a bad experience in my 12 years of travelling.
