Chewy paneer

I am a regular patron of this establishment which is about 30 minutes away from my home but I still drive there to pick up my order as we enjoy the cuisine. I placed an order at 17h30 on 04 10 2020 and picked up at 18h00.

When I got home everyone commented that the paneer was too hard and chewy. I immediately called the manager and he told me that he would come the next day to check on the food...which means we stopped eating dinner and put the food in the fridge.

I called him several times, but he had an excuse about not coming. I called again today and he is yet to return my call. We slept with out a proper dinner.

I am really disappointed with their service.
