Charlatan Web Designer

I commissioned Trevor Garbett to produce a search engine optimised (SEO) website. Foolishly I paid him a large sum of money upfront in four tranches prior to delivery. Since he never finished the job this money is completely wasted and despite my demands that he repay the amount due to non delivery, he refuses to.<br> <br> Trevor created a Wordpress site (essentially a template). Before I abandoned the process with him he repeatedly missed deadlines, did not adhere to the detail of my requests and offered ridiculous excuses for his delays. The quality of the work was poor requiring a huge amount of involvement from me. At one point I went on to Wordpress and completely redid the site myself. This he promptly deleted. I had to keep him on a short leash at all times, constantly following up. At one point he asked to borrow money from me - most unprofessional behaviour from any supplier. When I refused he badgered me over Whatsapp, while I was trying to have dinner with my family. Guy clearly hardup for cash - motivating him to ****** from clients.
