Bad experince with loan application

I have app**** for a loan, I was told that the loan was approved I needed to pay legalization fee of R 1,949, which I thought was strange but I did pay it. After I have paid the fee and I had to done a clear payment also on the money. I was told that I will get my money the following day. Then I was told that I needed to pay another R 2,999 for (C.O.T) which is know as cost of transfer to enable us complete my transaction immediately without any further delay. Which i also thought was strange but I did pay it because I was desperate to get a loan I had to pay my kids school fees otherwise they were not able to go to shcool. After I have paid all that money I was then told to pay another R4999 which was marginal fluctuations fee so that the transferred Fund will reflect for me to withdraw. I have told them that I dont longer want the loan anymore because I have paid my last money for the month to get this loan. I also told them that I want my money that I have already paid to them, paid back to me. Since then I have not heard anything from them. This is a big **** from them to take money from people who really needs a loan urgently and could not get one otherwise. I am a single mother who used her last money to get a loan in order for her kids to go to shcool.
