Thatching Expert
⚠️ WARNING — The Thatch Experts KZN / *** / Fran I hired this contractor to repair my thatch roof at my home in Waterfall, KZN. I paid him in full. The roof leaked on the very first rain — he used insufficient thatch straw and the work was clearly substandard. When I contacted him, he asked for an additional R500 for fuel, promising to return and fix his defective work. I paid it. He never arrived and has not been in contact since. I have full proof of both payments and photos of the leak. This person is actively advertising all over Gumtree KZN. Please do not use him. I am currently reporting him to the National Consumer Commission and SAPS. If you have had a similar experience with this contractor, please comment below.
