COMPLAINT

Used Thatch X-Treme (Johan Moller) to carry out repairs to our thatch roof. On the surface of it all seemed OK. According to Quote/Invoice workmanship carries a guarantee. The rains have now arrived and the roof still leaks. Have tried on numerous occasions to get Thatch X-Treme (John Moller) to come and attend to the problem. Does not take my phone calls and does not respond to any form of communication. Eventuall manged to speak to Johan Moller who undertook to send a team to attend to the problem. Needless to say I am still waiting. Have tried calling again and as per usual he does not take the calls nor respond to other forms of communication. I would NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again. BEWARE,
