Johan recompacted my thatch end of last year. A resulting leak has now been fixed unsuccessfully twice. The four year guarantee is not worth the piece of paper that I have not received yet. He does not pay his workers. Appointments mean nothing to him. A job that according to the quote would take three workers ten days took two workers four and a half days - go figure!
