<p>I had been pool shopping for the last 2 years. I wanted a specific pool and not the old traditional swimming pools. Needless to say, some installers just could not be bothered with my plans and just gave me a price for a basic splash pool.</p> <p>Tim from Thatch Crete insisted to come and see me (the only installer that insisted before quoting) so we can discuss my plans. He made recommendations and guided me to make the correct decisions regarding my pool plan and layout.</p> <p>Apart from the fact that the finished product far exceeded our expectations his entire operation ran like clockwork. I have to commend him and his staff on the exceptional courtesy, friendliness and most of all professional work they have done. We have always been kept up to speed with regards to progress and suppliers deliveries. Tim kept to the project plan and before we knew it we had a new pool.</p> <p>This is one company that I would recommend because of their price, business ethics, communication s****s and professional work.
