Totally dissapointed and disgusted.

Please do your best not to use this company. Installed a rock pool 5 years ago with a so called 10year warrentee. Now there is a crack in the pool and on other places the marlblelite is peeling of. On contacting Tim, he asked for photos. We did that with no reply. Phoned him again and from photos he is now blaming us for not checking the water. Hello, Tim said only use Africhem and that is what we have done. How do you in any case make an assessment by photos. So yes, he has our money, the pool is in and now he is playing everything to be your fault. All you people with the 5 star rating, wait, you time will come to call him back. Totally disgusted and will never ever recommend them to anyone.
