Electronic development work

I just had a terrible experience with TUB since I contracted them to do electronic development for my invention as we signed an agreement in September 2016 but still they can't finish my project. According to the URS signed it was agreed that the development would take minimum 3 month if not then 5 month maximum as the development stages can change.

It's now 26 January 2018 still they are failing to conclude my well funded project by IDC and I need to put the devices on market URGENTLY but no one is taking my company seriously just because it's an SMME entity or is't because I don't financial muscles!

Payment has been made already according to the agreement they gave me but they are not delivering as they promised.

What is wrong with TUB?
