Snails pace.

I was a first time buyer. First and last light I add. I ordered a pair of doc martens and before ordering the site DID NOT say it would be a preorder. Furthermore once I ordered the shoes I had to hound them multiple times to get dates and updates because everyone was vague. Especially considering the amount of money at stake. It took a total of almost five weeks to arrive. The company they use to deliver “Fastway” is also a very unprofessional company with no insight and is extremely slow.
