Someone from That Shoe Lady got in touch with me about their Doc Martens and to inform me about the lockdown situation impacting delivery. Received the package within 2 days of deliveries being open. My shoes came with a complimentary pair of socks and a handwritten note of thanks. Very heartwarming. Will definitely buy from them again.
