BEWARE That Shoe Lady

Bought a sale pair of shoes online (after agonizing on whether I should splurge on them) - nowhere any communication that it is a broad fit. Went to get my shoes, tried it on instore and way too big, fell off my one foot. They refuse to refund me the money I paid as it is store policy not to refund sale shoes. They are now holding onto money of mine and basically forcing me to spend more money to get another pair of shoes and even suggested spending it on socks and accessories! (in these trying times). They have absolutely no regard for the customer - all about the money for them.
