Pathetic Service

<p>2nd time i have bought from you guys and 2nd time your service is not up to scratch. i am soooo angry. i get sent an order with not 1 item short but 3 items shorts short. but you guys dont let me know anything... i have to telll you. how do you run a business like that. then your "owner" tells me they going to sort it out urgently and then its almost a week and still nothing. i get an email 2 days ago to say my order has been dispatched. today i phone to find out where my order is and the person answering your phones tells sounds like he has no idea and sound so confused. eventually he understands me and says the 1 item came in today but the other 2 items still need to come in. so WHY send an email to state the order is on its way when in actual fact its not. cannot stand poor service. you guys want your money asap before sending out the order but cant even send out an order completed. PATHETIC. i will never use you again and i will not recommend you to anyone..</p>
