Project Management without Management

Anybody considering using Guy - DONT! We found ourselves without hot water on 3 taps (where walls had to be chopped to rectify and not by him), a gas leak, recurring leaks in the Main Bedroom and showers that don't drain. His response "Pay me my money first and I will fix it" (unlikely that would have happened after reading Werner E review) and *****ing a bed from the spray-painters.
