Lack of communication and professionalism

I bought a door at Tharimart Aluminum Manufacturers based in Booysens in November 2016. I sent my mother to go see the doors for the stand size of the four roomed houses in Soweto. My mom found a nice door, got the price and arranged for the payment. A payment of about six thousand rands, if I am not mistaken, was made We were instructed to remove the old door at the installers will come and install the door. When they got to my place they said that the people that removed the door "opened" a bigger space than the normal size. There were arguments about that but the builders made means so that the new door can fit. From my eye view observation the door is smaller than our previous door. I contacted Tharimart and told them I do not want the door anymore or they should make the door bigger in width but the refused stating that they specifically made that door side for us, they would not be able to sell it to another customer. I argued until I lost the battle. Two years later I realise the door does not lock from the outside, we do not use the door, the only time we unlock and open it is from the outside. This shows me that the door is pricey but not worth it. I have not made contact with the company because I know they will be rude and not take accountability or agree to come to some agreement with me. They are not professional from the lady that used to be at the store, Lerato, to the installers. They do not know how to communicate, check the situation and come to some sort of agreement that will benefit both parties. I wasted six thousand rands . I do not recommend them because they lack professionalism.
