Aluminium Folding Door Repair Request

I purchased the Aluminium Folding Door and after installation, the door makes a squeaky sound and has to be pushed hard so it can close. I informed Matu and Oupa and was promised that they will send someone to fix it. I installed the door in 2014 and have been sending e-mails to request someone. They made a few appointment and they never honored them. I have gone personally to chase this and till this day, nothing has been done to help me.<br> <br> My brother in law also ordered windows in same year and they where only delivered this year but not the full order. They have such poor service and they make you think twice about supporting a black owned company.<br> <br>
