We booked a charily for the 24-26 of November. When we arrive at the Loge . I and my Mother went to the reception to check in. where was told that we had to pay R500 for damage is something happens, I asked for the T&C to read. We had just settled in the room when the people started to arrive and they did in taxis and cars. We could not even use the swimming pools that night because the mass of people was drinking and screaming, The noise that they mad was up until 13:00. Jet in the T&C it sates that you may not make any noise after 22:00. The next day we only spend 2 hours in the pools for the whole day, we could not even use after that because all mass was drinking singing and screaming. We decided to take a walk to the mud pools it was fun. After that we could not use the pools. we had to stay in our Room we did not have any problem with the group we kept our distance. But then more people make in and the noise just got more and more. We decided to leave because we couldn't do any thing or use the facilities. I went to the reception to asked way did they not told us that their is going to be a yearend function when we phoned to book. They sad sorry and I asked some of my money back witch I got but they didn't want to give our deposit for the keys witch is the T&C. we did not brake any roles on the document but they still don't want to give the R500. I went back to ask for the R500. While I was waiting I could hear the owner of the spa swearing at us and talking about our compline to her staff. When she arrive I asked her way we cant get our deposit back. She asked way didn't we compline yesterday. I told her that we did had complaints but we stuck it out but when all the other people came we notice that it is going to be to noisy. I asked her way didn't they told us about the yearend function and she said way didn't we asked, Now this lady is *********** and she is the owner she called me Chris I had to stop and tell her my correct name she started to be very personal and one of the other staff had to come out and calm her down and pushed her in her office. They still didn't gave me my R500. Look we don't have any problem with the mass of people. The people who I hold responsible is the Spa and the *********** rood and nasty owner , they had to explain that on the weekend their will be a yearend function so we would have not booked any rooms. watch the space Tangami spa.
