No deposit back after 3 weeks

I booked a place at Thangami Safari Spa for 9-11 October 2015, upon arrival, me and my 3 grand children were exited and so impressed by the lovely place, on Saturday my weekend turned into a nightmare when lots of people turned up, the place was quite full but everybody enjoyed the water, on Saturday evening at 22h00 I phoned the manager and asked if she can assist because it was in possible to speak to each other although our door and windows were closed, the noise level was extreme, the place only became quiet at 02h00, at 05h00 shouting in screaming started again - I phoned the manager and she said that she couldn't't control the group of people. When we went for a swim before leaving we found the swimming pools dirty and ******* and broken bottles and glass in the swimming pools, I left at 10h00 and wrote a complaint that I want my money back which wasted on Saturday night - up till today I didn't even got my R300 deposit back and also not even one word from the owner.
